Renovating our community,

our lives, and our facilities

We believe the Lord Jesus is in the business of renovating lives and our community. To help us in this renovation work we have become aware that our building needs to be renovated to better serve the Lord’s purposes and move us toward our vision for growth. On Sunday, September 17 we began a spiritual journey together to seek the Lord’s will for our future together and in this community. We studied the book of Nehemiah who was called to lead the people of God in a similar renovation project – restoring the walls protecting the city of Jerusalem and ultimately to rebuild the city. In our case, we opened the lobby area and added a coffee bar to provide an welcoming environment for our guests and our times together as a church family. The nursery was renovated and we added a restroom in the nursery to create a safe and welcoming environment for our youngest members. We will be removed barriers by relocating, enlarging, and making our main floor bathrooms handicap accessible. Our office spaces have been re-configured and centralized. The front sidewalks are being updated to provide wheelchair accessibility and our elevator was made fully functional. In the future we look forward to enlarging our sanctuary stage to provide for drama, a baby grand piano, and a variety of musical presentations. All of this will enable us to offer more opportunities for people to connect with God in worship. The Lord working through the generosity of our church family members has better enabled us to serve the Lord and His purposes in this community. Check out for more details!
